Cherwell Laboratories was founded by Lawrence Whittard in 1971 as a veterinary diagnostic laboratory and over the years the business has evolved to where it is today - specialists in environmental monitoring and process validation for healthcare, pharmaceutical and industrial applications. Cherwell Laboratories is a specialist manufacturer of prepared microbiological media and is also the UK distributor for SAS microbial air samplers,  Raven Laboratories/Apex Laboratories biological indicators and DataTrace wireless data logger systems.
