Cherwell has been supplying the UK market with the SAS range of microbial air samplers for over 20 years. The SAS range includes wide selection of portable hand held units, including the high speed Super 180, a compressed air sampling device, an Isolator specific unit and a specialist liquid impingement sampler which can utilize PCR techniques. With the exception of the PCR unit, which uses a liquid impingement method, the SAS units all sample via multi point impaction or single stage sieve sampling.
Our expertise is primarily focused within the pharmaceutical and related industries, however, microbial air monitoring is been used more and more for evaluating hospital theatres, office space and even composting sites for aspergillus exposure.
