Clean Room Monitoring - Environmental Monitoring Programs

Of specific interest to the pharmaceutical industry, Cherwell’s in house developed Multi-SAS system offers greater flexibility and control of environmental monitoring programs. A bespoke system designed for clean room monitoring, the remote microbial air sampling units are installed into the clean room and connected to a central control unit. Dedicated monitoring programs can then be readily established and controlled from outside the clean room.

Up to 8 sampling heads can be controlled by one control unit with each air sampling head pre-programmed to sample at set times or operator initiated at the sampling head. Both the sampling head and the control unit are manufactured in stainless steel and are fully compatible with pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
