Providing support and back up to our customers has always being seen as vital in offering the complete service. Maintaining the quality of our products is equally important and is why it was easy for us to embrace the new ISO9001 standard. The manufacture, testing and supply of our Redipor products are covered by our current registration. The aim is to have extended this scope to all parts of the business and include calibration services.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Since March 1997, Cherwell have been registered to ISO9002:1994 Quality management standard. Following a successful assessment in December 2002, Cherwell Laboratories Prepared Media manufacturing facility was awarded the new ISO9001:2000 Quality Management standard in February 2003. The principles within the new standard primarily focus on customer satisfaction and continual improvement. Cherwell has always viewed its customers as a vital part of our business and embracing the new standard has only reinforced this belief. We believe our Company Mission statement further confirms this sentiment.

PRODUCT TESTING
To meet the needs of customers, our range of Redipor prepared media products go through extensive product testing before being released. In fact, Cherwell was among the first suppliers to provide a quantifiable measure of media performance. We still quote a Productivity ratio and repeat this both before and after irradiation. Detailed Certificates are automatically supplied for all batches and a sample copy is available for download.
CALIBRATION
Users of our SAS Air samplers will recognize the need for calibration data. The units are designed to sample known volumes of air and are vital instruments within any environmental monitoring program. We provide all after sales support from our site in Bicester together with a regular reminder and re- calibration service for all models of SAS air sampler. A detailed Certificate of Calibration is then re-issued. This work is normally performed at our premises but if required can be carried out on-site. Please contact us for further details.
