Quality Assurance

Since March 1997, our Redipor prepared media manufacturing facility has been certified to the ISO Quality management standard and we have since successfully upgraded to the new 2008 version of the standard (download a copy of our Quality Management System Registration Certificate). We have also extended our scope to include the supply of SAS air samplers plus air sampler calibration and service. 

The principles within the new standard primarily focus on customer satisfaction and continual improvement. We have always viewed our customers as the most vital part of our business and embracing the new ISO standard has only strengthened this belief.
