The last 2 years have taught us all the power of collaboration, flexibility and resilience. The global pandemic has undoubtedly altered our ways of working as we’ve adapted to the pressures placed on us all. A legacy of COVID-19 should be that great customer service really matters and makes a difference; we certainly think it does!

We are happy to welcome visitors and have the following advice and guidance for visiting our site.

  • Can your meeting be achieved via video call? We are happy to welcome visitors, however, I think we all understand the benefits of a Teams/Zoom call in certain situations.
  • Please ensure your visit to our site is pre-arranged, regretfully we will not allow unannounced visitors on site.
  • We would ask that only one visitor per company comes to site, unless it has been pre-arranged, for example engineers.
  • When you arrive at site, please sign in at reception.
  • Hand sanitiser is freely available, we would ask you to hand sanitise on arrival.
  • Please do advise us of any restrictions your business is applying so that we can be supportive.
  • If you develop any COVID symptoms before arriving at our site, please call ahead to cancel the meeting.
  • Equally, if you develop any symptoms within 5 days after your meeting, please do advise us so that we may take the necessary action.
  • If you are an international visitor, please check for any travelling restrictions regarding visiting the UK.

When arriving on site, parking for Visitors and our Reception are located to the left, Goods In is located straight ahead.
